For medication refills we ask that you contact your pharmacy to fax us a refill request.
Allow three business days (72 hours) for that request to be processed, excluding weekends and holidays. This means you should contact your pharmacy for a refill at least one week prior to your last dose.
If you have not been seen in over a year, a medication refill appoitment is required.
