Q: Are all of your doctors accepting new patients?

    A: All of our physicians are currently accepting new patients.

Q: Where are your offices located?

    A: We have two office locations: Monterey and Salinas. Our Endoscopy Center is located in Monterey

Q: What are your office hours?

    A: Our offices are open Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Q: Do I need a referral from my primary care doctor to schedule an appointment?

    A: There are some insurances that require a referral or authorization form before we can schedule an appointment. Our staff will inform you, when you call to make an appointment, whether your insurance is one that requires a referral or authorization (RAF).

Q: When is my copayment due?

    A: All co-payments are due on the day of your scheduled visit. Our office accepts cash, credit card, and check.

Q: Do you accept cash patients?

    A: Yes, we do accept cash patients. A deposit is required and remaining payment is due at time of service. Please contact our billing office for any questions. (831) 375-3577, Option 5

Q: Where is your HANDICAP PARKING at your Monterey facility?

    A: HANDICAP PARKING is located on the far right side of our building.

Q: How long are office visits?

    A: Office Visits can last between 15 - 45 minutes depending on the doctor you are scheduled with and the type of visit you are scheduled for.

Q: Can I have my procedure done in your Salinas office?

    A: We have two endoscopy centers. One is located in Monterey and one in Salinas. Not all providers operate in both facilities. 

Q: Can I have my procedure done at the hospital?

A: Our physicians do perform specific procedures at our local hospitals. However, this is determined by insurance and medical necessity.


Q: Do you have any physicians that speak Spanish? (Other Languages)

    A: Yes, we do have physicians that speak Spanish, Russian, Czech, and Vietnamese.
